Please join us on Saturday, November 17th at 7:00 pm for our next Masterclass session, which will be held in the Keller of Updown Bar (28, Montée du Grund, 1645 Luxembourg).
Masterclass topic: Rare and Precious Scotch.
The class is aptly named because there will be much rare and precious drams whiskies — featured bottles top €1.500 in value!
From the very latest acquisitions to auction-purchased oldies and highly allocated marks, this class is sure to mark your memory!
This Masterclass will feature:
- XOP, Laphroaig, 18 y.o., 56.8% abv
- Clynelish, Dun Bheagan, 27 y.o., 49.5% abv
- Ardbeg, Auriverdes, 49.9% abv
- Auchentoshan, 25 y.o., 1993/2018, Chieftain’s, Barrels, 442 bottles, 42,9% abv
- Arran, Devil’s Punch Bowl I, 52,3% abv
This is a very special tasting, open to the public with a good understanding of mature malts and the will to put 120+ years of Scotch through their taste buds. Naturally, we’ll go deep in the technical knowledge essential to differentiate the drams.
The Masterclass includes small nibbles, an introductory cocktail or beer, and five samples of these amazing drams. If you’ve come to our classes before you know that you come for the whisky but you stay for the fun and the great company. And if you haven’t come to one yet — this class is a great class to join for the first time. You will surely be entertained and enlightened.
Do yourself a favor: come to this class!
